The Hidden Garden Art, Culture, Nature in Siena

Il Punto, home of the Siena Art Institute, is where contemporary art, nature and culture meet, an ecosystem in which different stories, communities, cultures, expressions and generations coexist but also a place of inclusion for fragile communities and experimentation for students and artists from all over the world.

However, the Punto is also a space for connecting with oneself and sharing with others, where anyone can find themselves, leaving a precious sign of themselves. 
Sharing and meeting are precisely the two cornerstones around which our new Punto redevelopment project gravitates to soon open the doors of our headquarters to the entire community of Siena, giving life to a new "Hidden Garden" , immersed between countryside and city .

“A meeting space between art, culture and nature
A place of relaxation and reflection in greenery and silence
A corner with a thousand faces and colors 
A real hidden garden, between “outside” and “inside” the walls, everything to discover"

Starting from 2024, the Point will change its look with the start of works that will equip the space with new furnishings and infrastructure to make this place even more accessible, more sustainable and above all open to new socialization experiences.

To do all this, however, we need your help!

Together with the MPS Foundation and the Let's Art Call we are in fact fundraising. Once the goal is reached, the Foundation will double its donations, so every euro donated is worth double!

What will we accomplish today thanks to your contribution??
• A modular circular table with benches, for moments of meeting and intergenerational and intercultural discussion
• A sensorial island with aromatic plants for blind and partially sighted people, to facilitate contact with nature 
• A tactile handrail created together with the participants of the training course ceramic “City Arts…for All!
• An outdoor reading area, to spend your free time in the company of people or with a good book 
• Planting of new plants in our Social Garden, for many educational and social initiatives
• Installation of solar energy lamps
