Analia Segal is an Argentina-born, New York-based visual artist whose research-driven practice spans sculpture, installation, photography, video, drawing, sound, and performance. Her interdisciplinary work explores themes of identity, migration, the concept of “home,” and the codes that shape the female and migrant experience. Segal is a Joan Mitchell and Guggenheim Fellow and is currently pursuing a PhD at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. She has received numerous distinctions, including awards from the Fulbright Foundation, NYSCA (2023), Fundación Konex, Pollock-Krasner Foundation, NYFA, and Fundación Antorchas. Her work has been exhibited widely in the U.S., Latin America, and Europe, and is held in both public and private collections. It has also been featured in books, catalogues, and art journals internationally. She holds a Master’s in Art from New York University and a degree in Graphic Design from the University of Buenos Aires.
