Studio visits with Sienese artisans
This evening we were able to see the fascinating studio of multi-media artist and metalsmith Laura Brocchi, whose family comes from many generations of Sienese metalsmiths.
Yesterday our study abroad students got to meet the family of Sienese artisans at the ceramic studio Bianco e Nero di Staccioli Sonia, right around the corner from the city’s cathedral.
