Off to a good start for the Fall 2017 Semester

Our Fall 2017 semester is off to a great start, with our largest group of students yet.  We have a diverse group of participants, hailing from the USA, Greece, Italy, Montenegro and Switzerland!

Our students are collaborating with partners including the  Santa Chiara FabLab from the University of Siena to create an interactive digital platform to map contemporary art projects which connect to the local territory, which is part of an ongoing initiative supported by the Region of Tuscany's "Toscanaincontemporanea."

We also have received support from Sillumina to support a group of young artists in Florence to research local traditions of artisinal craft and contemporary practitioners, creating their own projects in response.
