Supported by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF), the SNF-SART Scholarship Program is open to 2 Greek students fully enrolled in a degree program in university art programs and art academies, concentrating in (but not limited to) visual arts: painting, drawing, photography, video, design, and architecture.

The Scholarship program takes place in Siena, Italy from September 14th – December 11th 2020.

Successful candidates will enjoy the following benefits:

• full tuition and fees to cover the cost of coursework;

• travel cost to and from Greece;

• accommodation in the historic city center of Siena;

• private studio space at the Siena Art Institute.

SELECTION

In order to apply you need to supply:

• Portfolio of 10 works

• A Request Form

• A Recommendation Letter 

• A Letter of Motivation in English

Applicants should be fluent in English and/or Italian. 

Coursework includes the opportunity to explore Sienese culture and collaborative community initiatives while also pursuing individual artistic work.
