What is MapMyArt

MapMyArt is a platform for artists, curators, teachers, tour operators and simple curious people who love contemporary art. Within the platform, the entry for any inserted artwork will appear divided into the following media: photography, sound, video, written text, artist's card (with personal page links), uploaded on certain social channels, and accompanied by tags.

The contents of MapMyArt will then be viewable in two different ways:

1) Graph. The graphical display will link, depending on the tags, the various works of art on the platform. It will then be possible to search and discover, following the links of the graph, new works, artists, projects, linked more or less closely with our initial research.

2) Map. It will be possible to view the works placed on the platform on a map, where even the "still ongoing" installations / events will be highlighted versus those which are now only "digital".
