Mo Abd-Ulla
Visual artist and curator

Mo Abd-Ulla is a visual artist, curator of shows and workshops, lecturer and PhD student at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw.  He was born in Babylon and is a Netherlander–Iraqi citizen.  He creates a complex and diverse body of work that includes art-led intervention, installation art, drawing, sculpture, photography, video, text-based art, performance as a “sort of discursive argument”.  His works were exhibited in various solo and group exhibitions. Mo has curated a number of shows and workshops. He has also participated in residency programmes and given presentations and lectures at art and design institutes around the world.
