sabato 24 settembre il Siena Art Institute Onlus aveva aperto ufficialmente le sua porte alla città.

Per festeggiare insieme l'inizio della nostra attività, abbiamo organizzato una giornata di mostre, laboratori e perfomance dal titolo “Drawn Together”: un calendario di eventi che sono il frutto della collaborazione e dell'incontro degli artisti, tra loro e con la città, in linea con il nostro impegno a creare connessioni attraverso l'arte.

Tra gli appuntamenti, le mostre dei lavori realizzati da grandi e piccini durante i workshop d'arte che si sono svolti in estate al Siena Art Institute, un reading dedicato alla creatività vista attraverso gli occhi degli artisti e "Drawing Connections" una grande installazione di opere d'arte formato cartolina a cui hanno dato il proprio contributo oltre 4000 talenti da più di 70 paesi del mondo.

Saturday, September 24 Siena Art Institute Onlus opened its doors officially to the city.To celebrate the beginning of our activities, we organized a day of exhibitions, workshops and performances entitled "Drawn Together": a calendar of events that are the result of collaborations and meetings between artists and with the city in line with our commitment to creating connections through art. Events for this inaugural celebration included exhibitions of artworks created by children and adults during the workshops that were held this summer at the Siena Art Institute, readings dedicated to creativity seen through the eyes of artists, and "Drawing Connections" a large installation of postcard-sized works of art including more than 4000 contributions from more than 70 countries!
