Sept 22 starts Fall 2015 season of talk series "stARTers: assaggi d'arte"
On Sept 22 the Siena Art Institute will begin the new season for the weekly series of talks "stARTers: assaggi d'arte," our series of conversations with artists and creative professionals of international repute which explores art as an inventive process, meeting of experiences, a tool for change.

“STARTERS - ASSAGGI D'ARTE”, at the SIENA ART INSTITUTE
Tuesday Sept 22nd at 6 pm we hope you can join us at the Siena Art Institute for the first appointment of "stARTers for the Fall 2015 season, which will feature Janis Jonevs, the emerging Latvian writer who is writer-in-residence at the Siena Art Institute for the month of September.
There are ten appointments in the Fall 2015 stARTers calendar, with some of the most exciting names in the international art scene (each Tuesday at 6 pm, free and open to the public). Included in our Fall 2015 season are also two off-site events which deepen our rapport with the city: the appointments in the neighborhood of the Nicchio contrada and in the museum complex of Santa Maria della Scala for the city-wide initiative Verso: week of contemporary art and architecture.
To guarantee accessibility for Deaf people to our presentations, all the talk in Italian will be provided with interpretation in Italian Sign Language (LIS), in collaboration with the Mason Perkins Deafness Fund.
